Happy Birthday WAM!
No, not that horrid act by George Michael and the other guy. I'm talking about Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, who was born on this date in 1756. His music has inspired and entertained people since he was BooBoo's age.

What the heck?
Following Tam's lead, here are the top 25 played songs on my iPhone:
- Learning to Fly - Pink Floyd
- Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da - Beatles
- Your Wildest Dreams - Moody Blues
- Magical Mystery Tour - Beatles
- Revolution - Beatles
- Get Back - Beatles
- Yellow Submarine - Beatles
- Deadbeat Club - B-52's
- I am the Walrus - Beatles
- The Invisible Man - Queen
- Harry's Game - Celtic Woman
- Hooked on a Feeling - Blue Swede
- Dragula - Rob Zombie
- Roam - B-52's
- In My Life - Beatles
- Call Me When You're Sober - Evanescence
- Got to Get You Back Into My Life - Beatles
- May it Be - Enya
- I Know You're Out There Somewhere - Moody Blues
- Drive My Car - Beatles
- You've Got Another Think Comin' - Judas Priest
- We Can Work it Out - Beatles
- D'You Know What I Mean - Oasis
- You've Got to Hide Your Love - Beatles
- Silly Love Songs - Wings
Lots of Beatles in there, but they're heavily represented in the playlist I have for when the kids are in the car, which is most of the time I've been driving lately. Truth be told, about 90% of these are from that playlist. Sigh.

Eureka!
A while ago, Tam and pretty much every other blogger I read asked what music you would want to listen to as you went out in a blaze of glory before becoming Purina Zombie Chow. They all had good ideas, but I couldn't think of what I would want to listen to while shooting out my last magazine of copper jacketed lead.
Would it be something inspiring?
Or maybe something from my youth?

I couldn't decide, so I didn't put up a post. But then I read this from Alan, and I knew the perfect music to listen to while taking as many Zeds with me to hell as I could:

Merchendising
AC/DC has announced that they are teaming up with an Australian winery to produce their own brand of wines. While KISS has probably been on more branded products than anyone could ever think of, I'm sure there are other bands and products that could be mated up:
Britney Spears - Home hair care and DIY haircut kits
Whitney Houston - Pseudophedrine cold medicine
Adam Ant - Pest control
The Chambers Brothers - Watches and clocks
The Commodores - Masonry construction
Dire Straits - Scratch and dent appliances with free installation
George Thorogood - Scotch, Bourbon, and/or Beer
Meat Loaf - Take home comfort food
Moody Blues - PMS remedies
Motley Crue - AED lifesaving devices
Paul Simon - Color Film
Red Hot Chili Peppers - "I dare you to" level hot sauce
Ron White- Scotch and cigars, what else?
Van Halen - Colorful sneakers
Willie Nelson - Rolling papers
What do y'all think? Feel free to add to the list in comments.
